Remote-friendly across the US
We have people in San Francisco, Seattle, Austin and New York. We work async by default and come together when it helps. You can be anywhere in the US.
Ship fast, then make it better
We run diagnoses against real incidents and measure quality daily. Velocity matters, and we have the evaluation suite to know when we are improving.
Close to the decisions
Pre-seed means the architecture choices, the product direction and the customers are all in the same room. What you build today goes to an engineer dealing with a real incident tonight.
